Property Rights FZE was set up as the brain child of having lived in the UAE for a number of years. It became clear to the team that each of us had experienced issues with rental properties a number of times whilst living in the UAE. In general we found that Tenants were constantly battling Landlords, and vice versa. Doing this on a yearly basis had become frustrating, time consuming and ultimately costly.
After sitting down over a number of months we hit upon the idea of creating a service both Tenants and Landlords could use, at a minimal cost, to ensure that both parties receive the correct and proper legal information. The aim of this is to cut down on the number of disputes that either get escalated further or result in you, feeling as though you are excessively compromising. Statistics have suggested that moving house is one of the top five most stressful events that can occur in a persons life. Here at Property Rights it is our vision to ensure that each and every Tenant and Landlord has all the facts at their disposal before, during and after they are needed. This will allow everyone to make informed decisions before losing thousands of dirhams either on forced legal or illegal rent increases (Or lack thereof), from having an empty villa or apartment or being evicted illegally.
