With a view to ensuring that each party fully understands their property rights in advance of any rental issues that may arise. In our experience both tenants and landlords are not fully aware of their rights, nor what they need to do with regards to communication and interaction. Propertyrights.ae is here to help you. Whether it be an annual rental valuation in comparison to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) or a change in a tenancy contract’s terms and conditions, we are fully positioned to ensure you will know all your rights in a timely fashion before any dispute occurs. Each section of Propertyrights.ae has been tailored to your needs, and all for the very low, one off cost of $30 (100AED) per tenancy contract.
Rental disputes usually occur when either the tenant or the landlord are not aware of their obligations towards the other party as stated in the laws of Dubai, by following the information sent to you through Propertyrights.ae, you will have complete knowledge of what is required from either party, know exactly what your rights are and know exactly what to do when a dispute arises.
As a landlord, when it comes to managing and renewing your tenancy contract the information you need to know is often searched for too late and too complicated to decipher. We are here to ensure that no longer happens and you are fully aware at all times of what your rights are, as well as those of your tenant.
The knowledge that we at Property Rights provide you with is simple to use. For a very small one off payment you will be sent regular emails with all of the relevant information about your rights as a landlord, tailored to your needs, within your rented property. All you need to do is supply us with some basic information, all of which can be found on your tenancy contract and we will do the rest. The information sent to you will be received at key points throughout the term of your tenancy contract, giving you adequate time to take any necessary action and make any necessary decisions.
The information we send out has been legally verified and is factually correct. We at Property Rights want to make your lives as easy as possible, and ultimately ensure that you as a landlord do not lose out. As part of your subscription to Property Rights you will be kept informed of all law changes and rule changes pertinent to yourself, and this commitment to you is something we hold close to us. This means that as rules change from one year to the next, you will feel safe in the knowledge that you will know exactly what your property rights are at all times.
All communications will be sent to your registered email address, should that change, you can always let us know via our ‘Contact us” page, and should you make a mistake on your initial sign-up, you will also get an opportunity to change that too.
Your subscription with Property Rights will run for the duration of your tenancy contract, so the sooner you sign up, the more information you will receive. At the end of your tenancy contract your subscription will end, at which point you will need to re- subscribe with your new tenancy contract details.
