There’s no need to worry when renewing your tenancy contract, Property Rights Dubai has you covered. We will ensure you know your rights in advance of when they are needed, helping to remove the elevated stress levels that occur when trying to renew a tenancy contract.
If you need to use RERA or the RDSC service, they will charge you 3.5% of your total rental amount to start a case. This can be avoided for just 100AED with www.propertyrights.ae.

Periodically, throughout your rental contract you will receive emails from us. This is the amount the rent can legally be increased by on renewal of the tenancy contract. There are notifications of this that are explained throughout your subscription to www.propertyrights.ae.
This is the maximum a Landlord can charge the Tenant to continue renting the same property. Anything over this amount is illegal and can be contested with RERA and the RDSC. We explain why and how when you subscribe to www.propertyrights.ae.
