·         Payment will only be accepted via PayPal and the Mashreq payment gateway integrated into this website, should payment be accepted in cash or cheque via an alternative outlet, then payment shall be treated as in full understanding of these terms and conditions. Any payments not clearing will invalidate the users sign up, and thus will not be receiving the service. The service comprises emails being sent to the users at pre-determined time frames, when information and content of said emails is relevant to the user.

·         Once paid for, it is not possible to cancel the service in lieu of a refund, the service starts the moment payment is made, and the first piece of paid for information is received in the first email sent by Property Rights. The first email will be deemed as paid for content. In the event of a dispute please email [email protected], where we will endeavor to get back to you within 5 working days. Any refunds given will be credited back to the users as per the method used to pay for the service. Credit and Debit card users will be refunded to their card, and Paypal users to their Paypal account. All disputes, including any agreed to refunds will be completed within 20 days of the original enquiry. In most cases, a refund will only be considered if payment has been made multiple times in error or instances of fraud.

·         The company shall not be liable in instances of a denial of service through such events as, acts of god, acts of terror, war, political unrest, insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, uprising earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control which can cause an interruption to our service.

·         A copyright and other intellectual property right exists on text relating to this website as well as the information received once you have paid for the companys services.

·         We use IP addresses to analyse the users and the trends of this website. IP addresses are neither nidentifiable to a person nor give us any further information on the user other than that submitted upon sign-up.

·         The length of your subscription is limited to the length of each individual tenancy contract signed up and fully paid for. Should a user sign up with 6 months of their tenancy contract left, then their payment will last those 6 months before having to re-sign up.

·         The company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

·         By proceeding, and committing to payment you understand the above and that neither Propertyrights.ae nor Property Rights FZE can be liable for any form of recourse should you be unhappy with its service.
